Ingredients:

10 % Zinc Oxide, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Ethylexyl Methoxycinnamate, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Panthenol (Vitamin B-5)

Frizzy2Silky Review:

Wow this sunscreen is probably one of the best SPF products I have ever used. This product is a bit pricey but Fenix is a brand that is normally only sold under Dermatologist offices and other skin specialists. This product has UVA and UVB protection plus zinc oxide. Overall it is a fairly powerful sunblock.

It comes in a blue box but inside it has the picture above as the squeeze tube. I squeezed a dab (pea size amount) and I was able to cover my face fairly well. It has a kind of thick-ish cream that rubs on fairly easily. The scent is not too bad. Has a bit of an alcohol type of scent with something else mixed in. Overall just doesn’t bother you to put it on.

The feel on my skin is a bit oily for the first few minutes but after maybe 5-10 minutes the oily feeling seemed to have disappeared. So I’m assuming the oils got absorbed into my skin. By this time you don’t even feel the sunscreen on your face, doesn’t feel heavy or anything. In fact feels very light and I hardly noticed that I had sunscreen on most of the day.

If you can afford to purchase this product its worth trying once. I’m glad that I did.

Frizzy2silky Review:

This is another famous product created by Nelson Chan in the ISH Ionic Rescue Line. When this product was being created Nelson was thinking of trying to make this as natural as possible. So that’s why this item consists of mainly natural and organic ingredients like rice. This product has also received the prestigious seal of the Leaping Bunny to show that this product has not been tested on animals. Also this product has been used extensively in Nelson Chan’s salon in Beverly Hills, CA.  Also being featured in many prominent newspaper, publisher and other Ohio. Many celebrities has benefited a bit more from using this product.

My first impression is that the bottle seems to be simply and clean. But keep in mind this is the version of the bottle I received. It is quite notorious that packaging changes quite often to reflect consumer tastes, so what I have here might be different by the time you do. Contents are what you would expect in this, some hair spray-ish product. The secret in using this product correctly is to apply heat when you’re styling.  The Heat can come from a cheap place such as a hair dryer. First you need to apply product through your hair before styling. When you’re styling add heat to your hair while continuing to style and hold the hairs shaft. You can see an example of this in the video in the media section.

Halloween is coming up soon and you may need to use this product to help a bit with your hair styles. This may be a good alternative to the typical hair sprays on the market full of plastics that get in your hair.

Yuko System Phiten Bella Treatment - 24.7 oz

About the Company:

Yuko System revolutionized the hair industry by coming out with one of the first Japanese Straightening System. They offer a full home haircare line to help maintain your newly straightened hair and for those who want to visit the salon, a professional quality treatments.

Ingredients:

Water, Dimethicone, Cetyl Alcohol, Diglycerin, Behentrimonium Chloride, Isopropyl Palmitate, Polyglyceryl-2 Dilsostearate, Hydrolized Collagen, Hydrolized Keratin, Hydoroxyethylcellulose, Glutamic Acid, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Betaine, Fragrance

Directions:

Apply to clean, towel dried hair. Set for 5 to 10 minutes or apply heat for deep penetration. Rinse and style as usual.

Frizzy2Silky Review:

This Yuko System Bella Treatment is one of the top treatments to use to maintain your hair after a Japanese hair straightening process. It comes in 2 sizes an 8 oz squeeze tube and a 24 oz jar. Product itself is like any other conditioner/treatment in the way you use it. Smell of the treatment isn’t too bad with some general fragrance added.

My hair has not been straightened via the Yuko Japanese thermal process, but i have heard good things about the product so I decided to give it a try anyways. The feel of the Yuko Bella Treatment is a bit thicker than other conditioners you might have used, but that’s not a bad thing. So after washing my hair and towel dried, I placed a decent size dab of treatment on my hair and used it more of a leave in.

This treatment works pretty well I must say. My hair feels silky and smooth and it has a good feeling when i run my fingers through my hair. Which is good since my hair tends to frizz easily. I’d recommend to try this at least once (maybe just get the squeeze tube size just to try out).

Frizzy2Silky Review:

It has been fairly warm for the past week or so and the end result that my hair was in a total mess. If I didn’t do something with my hair after a shower it would frizz up soon after my hair dried out. So I’ve been searching around for a good anti frizz product for my hair. After a few hours of searching I found a product that seemed promising.

The Simply Organic Anti-Frizz Cream seemed to be the product that did the trick. There is a minty-olive oil type of smell to the product which isn’t a bad smell. It is somewhat pleasant if you like the mint smell. There’s a pearl smooth feel of the product when you put it in your hand which translates to gliding over easily on your hair when you put it on.

Overall product works not too bad. After I shower or a bath, I just put a little bit on like a leave in treatment/conditioner and it seems to help tame a decent portion of my hair. Though I imagine it can tame more if I used more product but I don’t because the size of the product is only 4 oz I don’t feel comfortable use more. However the small amount I use tames the frizz enough where I don’t look look that bad after use. So its a fair product.

Frizzy2silky Review:

Wow first thing that I noticed from this is that the packaging is beautiful. They used a soft-touch bottle that has this slight curve that feels very natural in your hand. There seems to be multi-layered silk screening with different colors. They have the white text litters and an offset brown flowers. There is a raised relief of the words Brazilian Blowout near the top of the bottle. They seemed to have taken a lot of work on this.

The smell of this shampoo is simply magnificent. There is this fruity-orange-like smell or maybe a light citrus-y type of smell. Its not too strong on your nose. Product consistency is similar to your typical shampoo, perhaps a little thicker (if so its very slight). There’s a pearl color to it and it feels like its quite easy to sud in water when used. Though if you had some on your hand and rub it into your skin, there isn’t a nasty residue feel, from other shampoos.

Shampoo use itself is great. Feels like your regular shampoo you’d get to wash your hair. Has decent cleaning power. I’m not sure what they put in the shampoo but it feels like it helps tame my hair a bit after I used it, but not by a whole lot. Though I wouldn’t recommend shampooing too much in general, maybe 3 times a week. All in all its a decent product to use, it won’t hurt to give it a shot

Frizzy2silky Review:

I haven’t touched any new skincare products in a while so I thought I’d try this product. It is a topical formula that you rub into your skin, fairly cheap and can be ordered online if need be. I like the relatively simple packaging, just a cardboard box with indentations for the actual product.

The product itself seems quite potent, especially based on the ingredients it has. Argireline is an ingredient used to help reduce wrinkles, Matrixyl 3000 helps stimulate skin healing and repair and Glycosaminoglycans/Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate helps slow the aging process.

I tried a little bit of this on my face and it seems similar to other types of serums (thinking like the Cellex-C products) in terms of feel and smell. It has only been a few days of use but I’ve seen some minor results, my skin feels smoothing and my eyes don’t seem as tired, but I’d also take it with a grain of salt as it might be too early to tell. I’ll add more to this as I use this product more on a longer term basis.

Deva Curl One Condition 32oz

Deva Curl One Condition 32oz

About the company:

Deva Concepts makers of the Deva Curl and Deva Care haircare line are known for taking the poo out of shampoo, the harsh lathering and dehydrating detergent found in most shampoos that has no inherent value in the cleansing process. They’ve removed all unnecessary chemicals that often play on hair’s vulnerability. They added extra botanical and moisturizing ingredients that cleanse, condition and re-hydrate the hair, more than any products existing on the market today. Each product has it’s own unique blend that will enhance the overall quality of dehydrated hair.

Directions:

Evenly distribute a palm-full of One Condition between both hands. Work through hair with fingers. Rinse. If hair is dehydrated, apply to ends before using No-Poo Shampoo or Low-Poo Shampoo. For an intensive conditioning treatment, leave in for 30 minutes under a shower cap and Rinse.

Ingredients:

Water (Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Glycerin, Glycol Distearate, Cetyl Esters, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Oleo Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Melissa Officinalis (Balm Mint) Extract, Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricia) Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract, Achillea Millefolium (Yarrow) Extract, Propylene Glycol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance (Parfum).

Frizzy2silky Review

This has been one of my favorite conditioners lately. I love the fact that this conditioner is sulfate and paraben free. Its a little known fact that a lot of shampoos and conditioners these days have less than the best ingredients in there but they work very effectively so manufacturers will add them in for effectiveness or cost effectiveness. Oh yes this conditioner is also not tested on animals and are not derived from animals in any way. Packaging is quite cute with a simple green color with some simple graphics, trying to play off how “green” they are and how simple it is.

The smell of this conditioner is amazing. It is a minty, rosemary type of smell. Feels really good on your scalp when you use it. I cant comment too much about how much it “works” though. Usually for products that tend to be more natural and/or organic they aren’t as effective as the synthetic products. But it seems to do the job I want it to. So I think its worth a shot if you got some cash at hand.

Frizzy2silky Review

I haven’t had the chance to use a good clarifying shampoo in such a long time. For those who have never used one or don’t know what it is. You don’t need to worry about that since I can fill you in. A clarifying shampoo is a kind of shampoo that deep cleanses your hair, take out all of the nit, grit, oils and other gunk left behind from styling products, sweat and other general things.

Needless to say doing a good clarifying job on your hair is a good thing from time to time. This one is particularly good as it needs to remove gunk on your hair before you can do the keratin treatment process. When I used it, smell was OK (nothing really special), but the cleaning power of this product is pretty good. You normally don’t need to clarify your  hair too often so 1-2 times a month is plenty or once a week or lesser if you are particularly active and need to remove excess gunk more frequently.

Frizzy2silky Review:

This is a slightly unusual product. Not in that it is deep conditioning leave in treatment or the fact that it has a funky kinda of smell (the actual product) but the fact that it has no “straw” or tube for in which you can get the product out of the bottle when you pump it. So you would need to flip the bottle upside down and then pump the product into your hand before putting it into your hair.

The product itself is good. It makes my hair smooth and it helps eliminate the frizz on my hair. Also it makes it super soft, so you can style your hair using your iron or dryer without too much worry. It seems to hold up well to humidity and not frizz. Overall a pretty decent product.

However I can see how the price point of this product can be somewhat discouraging. $40 isn’t exactly the cheapest for a good leave in treatment. But give it a try, its definitely worth at least a try.
