Collagen and keratin repair damaged hair and help keep moisture in the hair, and make hair healthy, shiny and beautiful

Directions: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a small amount of shampoo and work into a lather. Rinse and repeat if necessary.

I think the whole line of Phiten shampoo/conditioners are nice. But I think I prefer the Color-Lock line better. This shampoo didn't feel as luxurious and I think it left my hair a little too squeaky.
