Shipping & Handling
After your order has been processed, it will be delivered via UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders placed prior to 9am PST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day; otherwise, it will be processed the following day. Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped the following business day. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday.
For example, if you place your online order at 10am PST on Monday and select Next Day air, it is considered as a Tuesday order and will be shipped on Wednesday, arriving on Thursday.*
Ground UPS: 8 - 12 business days
3 Day UPS: 3 - 6 business days
Next Day UPS: 2 - 3 business days

Order Tracking
When you place an order at Frizzy2silky.com, a confirmation number will be issued to you. An e-mail message will also be sent to you in regard to your order status. Please include this number on all of your correspondence to us so that we can better serve you. You can also log into your account with your email address and password and check the status of your order online.
Back Orders & Out of Stock
If your requested items are back ordered or out of stock, we will ship what is available and you will only be charged for what is shipped.
Return, Cancel & Exchanges
Returns may be made within 30 days of receiving your package. All returned products cannot be used for more than 20%. For appliance after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about the manufacturer warranty.
To return product(s), please follow the following simple steps:
1. Please complete the following form at the Frizzy2Silky.com Returns Form.
1b. Press "continue" after you filled out the form and print out the completed form.
1c. Please include the return form or invoice with your order (or copy of the invoice) along with the items you wish to return.
2. All free gifts with purchase must be returned with products that are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products that are returned otherwise.
3. You may send the box back to us via any conventional carrier method (US Postal Office, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and etc.).
Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first. For orders of $100 or more, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied prior to refund or cancel. Notes: The Return & Exchanges policy above only applies to the orders shipped to United States. All international orders (including Canada) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
