I was at a hair show in New York and passed by the Ionic Rescue booth. I had to stop and watch the demo they were performing because I didn't realize how much alcohol was in regular hair sprays and styling sprays. Astonished, I had to purchase the ISH I Love my Hair Spray Styling Spray. You must apply heat for it to hold, but if you're athletic and the out doorsy type like me, you will find this spray very handy to take along with you. Without heat it acts like a surf-dirt spray without the stickiness. I've found this very useful while on the go.
