Crede products are known for use on hair that's been chemically straightened. However, I've used it (and my hair has not been straightened) and it works just great! Some things to keep in mind: this does not contain any sulfate so it will not lather when you massage it into your hair. Don't worry though it's still doing it's job. My hair is oilier at the scalp so I found that washing twice was better for me. I wouldn't suggest using this shampoo everyday unless your hair has been chemically treated. Once every two days would be better with maybe a purifying shampoo in between. I did give this product to a friend who routinely chemically straightens her hair and it worked wonders!! Her was hair was super damaged and this shampoo reacted really well with her hair and made it very smooth.

Great product. My hair is very dry and color treated. I have tried many other products and this is the only one that really works for me. I typically cannot let my hair air dry unless I want totally frizzy, out of control hair. When I use the crede ER treatment I can typically air dry my hair and expect almost no frizzy! It's an amazing product.
