This treatment provides good hydration for my hair and makes my hair less likely for breakage. It doesn't seem to make my hair shiny though, so I still have to spray on my shine serum. It doesn't seem to add volume either--or maybe b/c i was trained not to put conditioner or heavy treatment on my scalp, but only the ends. Overall a good product, but needs to be able to deliver what it promises to do.
