Not so long ago I was yelling to anyone who would listen, “Help!”

Well, I saw a lot of positive reviews for their vitamin C based products. There were also some not so great reviews. A few said that had not seen the results they wanted and a handful even claimed that vitamin C based products were a hoax (although it seems that the people in that group never even tried the product…hmmm).
The Cellex-C website claims that vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid for those of you keeping score at home) is a major part of the formulation of the Cellex-C products and helps to promote healthy collagen production. What does that mean exactly? Well, according to what I read that means, in plain English, that with the right production of healthy collagen your skin will stay stronger, smoother and more youthful. The site also maintains that, “This vital vitamin acts as a key anti-oxidant to combat sun-induced free radicals.”
Fast forward a few weeks. I decide to take the plunge and order the 1 oz Cellex-C High Potency Serum. The reviews are 85% positive and while it’s not cheap, it’s not so expensive that I’ll have to eat Top Raman for a month. I checked pricing online. The retail price for the 1 oz Cellex-C High Potency Serum is $127, but it can be found for less on specialized websites.
When the product arrived I was excited to finally try it. I used it according to the instructions and to be honest after a week I didn’t notice any major results. But after two weeks I did see that my skin was firmer and some of the small wrinkles seem to be disappearing. The pores on my nose also seemed to be improving.
Finally after three months of using Cellex C high potency serum I have to say that I absolutely love it. Use regular use it has dramatically improved my skin tone, wrinkles and elasticity. My pores are also smaller. And to think, I was so skeptical that I almost gave up after the first week. While the product is not cheap, this to me is clearly a case of “getting what you pay for.” And the 1 ounce bottle lasts a surprising long time.
